Pousada Canto da Lua - Macacos

I booked on November 4 for a stay from November 5 to 6. When I arrived, the place was under construction and there was no way to even go inside. The rooms also had mold. I was upset, took a few photos, and can share them if you want. I won’t file a complaint or go on about it, but I’d suggest avoiding reservations until the work is done. I went to another inn instead and lost nearly 400 reais. I hope this information helps. Guilherme

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and we had a pleasant stay even with construction going on at the inn. The setting was nice too. There were a few drawbacks: the hot tub briefly smelled like sewage when we turned it on, the sound insulation was poor, and the parking left something to be desired. Apart from that, everything was great and I’d definitely return.

The green grounds and peaceful surroundings made this a lovely place to relax and enjoy time as a couple. The accommodation was very pleasant, and the staff were wonderful. Patrícia and Joana took great care of us and paid attention to every detail. It’s truly pet-friendly. Our pets were treated with respect, not just tolerated.

The outdoor area is nice and the chalets are okay, but don’t look underneath them. It’s a fire waiting to happen. The infrastructure is poor, the staff need training in customer service, and the place is almost impossible to find. The employees weren’t helpful either.
