Condominio Aspen

We spent three days at Condomínio Aspen and came away wishing we could stay longer. It’s in a peaceful, welcoming area, with a market and pharmacy nearby. The balcony view in this photo is from apartment 304. Inside, the apartment was spacious and clean, with good-quality linens and towels, basic utensils, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything suited our needs perfectly.

Our family had plenty of room in the apartment, and the owner was attentive, easy to reach, and gave us a warm welcome. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot close to downtown. Everything was great. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend it for sure.

The view from apartment 202 takes in the mountains and valley. Four adults and three small dogs stayed there, and it had everything we needed for three nights. The internet worked well for work, around 60 mega. Nikolas greeted us warmly, and both check-in and check-out were very easy.

We were especially pleased with how helpful and thoughtful the host was about our comfort, and the place was clean and well organized. There’s covered, secure parking, plus a shopping area in the building with a very good café that gives guests a discount. Some of the other businesses offer discounts through their partnership too, which we enjoyed using. The location is handy for markets, pharmacies, plazas, and restaurants, so we could do several outings on foot. Fair price, and I’d stay here again and recommend it.
