Pousada Praia Bela

The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and well organized, and breakfast had plenty of fruit and cakes. A wonderful inn.

Everything felt average. The room was large but had very little furniture, just one wardrobe without doors. The air conditioner cooled the room but never got it cold, and the minibar didn’t chill. There were three single beds, with two pushed together to make a double. The pillows were low and soft. The shower was good and the bathroom was adequate. There is parking, though it’s exposed and doesn’t feel secure, and there may not be enough spaces if every room has a car. At checkout, the card machine only worked after we connected it to our phone’s internet.

I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I’m giving it five stars because the receptionist on duty helped us so much. A very strange, suspicious man had been following my friends and me on a nearby street while we were in a really stressful situation. She let us stay there and was incredibly attentive. Thank you, whoever you are. I don’t remember your name, but I’ll remember your kindness and care.

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, everything was spotless and the leisure area was great. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager, Daiane, who was attentive and so sweet with guests. Breakfast was good too. I’ll definitely be back with my children later this month, it’s a great place for families.
