There are good beds and blankets, clean towels, a minibar in the room, and fast Wi-Fi. It's a simple hotel, though, and probably best for a short stay. The TV isn't smart, and the channels keep cutting out. There's no hygienic shower in the bathroom, and the parking area isn't covered.

The service was good and the hotel is clean, with a great location and good value for money. I stayed during Carnaval and found the breakfast delicious, with food being replenished all the time. The air conditioning was just too cold for me. Thermas and the main avenue, with all its shops and restaurants, are nearby, so you can get around on foot. I'd definitely recommend it.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, which was disappointing, but otherwise I liked the hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the place was clean. Breakfast was good, the shower was very good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
