Pousada Acácia Amarela

We drove 550 km from the Maringá region and had booked two rooms for the whole family. When we got there, there was only one room for us, so nine of us slept together in it. The owner said the room we'd booked had a problem, but that was a lie. He'd rented it to someone else and made no effort to help us. We paid in advance through the app, and the whole thing was a huge disappointment. We'll never book there again.

The room was basic, which would have been fine if it were clean and looked after. The bedding was visibly dirty, with stains on the white bedspreads, and there were holes in the ceiling. Breakfast was simple, and on the first day there wasn't any fruit. The place urgently needs investment, paint, cleaning, and above all some care.

I was disappointed. I booked two rooms, but when I arrived, they'd already given mine to someone else. The guy casually claimed the other room had a problem. They treated us like we didn't matter and crammed all nine of us into one room. No one needs that. Don't book this inn unless you want to risk being let down like we were.
