The place was dirty and in no condition to stay. Room number 06 felt like a prison cell. After we complained, they moved us to room 02, where the corridor was filthy and full of trash. I even found condoms in the room, with my children there. I was frustrated as soon as we arrived, and the trip was ruined for me. Parking costs 10 reais per day, and breakfast is 35 reais per person, but looking at the kitchen made me feel sick. The glass cups were greasy and badly washed, and they even wouldn’t let us fill a water bottle. The place looks ugly and disgusting. I can’t believe it gets so many good reviews for what I paid. It wasn’t cheap, and I could have rented somewhere else. I ended up at this inn by mistake because my sister-in-law thought she had stayed there before. The woman serving us had no clue, and the others didn’t know anything either. One of them couldn’t even use the card machine. It was a frustrating stay. If I could, I’d get my money back, but Booklin’s site won’t refund it. I don’t recommend this inn.

The rooms smell bad, and the bedding didn’t have a clean smell either. The sound insulation is terrible, so you can clearly hear everything happening in the next room, which makes it hard to rest or have privacy. The rooms are very small, and the double bunk beds aren’t comfortable. There’s no mini fridge in the room, which also makes a stay harder. I had to switch rooms because the air conditioner wasn’t working, but the one in the other room didn’t work properly either.

The hotel is really close to Thermas, and the area is calm and quiet, so it’s easy to get a good rest. There’s even an elevator. The hotel reception staff seemed lost, though, and the shower gave me electric shocks.

A good place to stay if you’re going to Thermas. It’s nearby and good value for money. There were four of us, including two children.
