The water park was sensational, and the place itself was beautiful without feeling overcrowded. We had a fantastic family stay, with great service, amazing food, and the most fun I've had in years. Dining service was second to none. Special thanks to Ricardo, Vanderley, Wesley and Pedro in the restaurant for their extremely professional, exemplary service. The kids and I had a wonderful time, and Hot Beach Resort is well worth it for a family vacation.

We enjoyed the spa and the good food, and it was a very family-friendly way to experience the hot springs of São Paulo State. Thanks to Ana Alice at reception for the great service, and to the Grupo_Triad for the live Brazilian music and evening sing-along.

It's 10:35 pm and we're on the 10th floor, but the music is still blasting. Since this is a family hotel, I expected it to end at 10. It's way too much, and my young kids can't fall asleep. The hotel is nice, but this makes us not want to come back.

Maria, our housekeeper, showed so much care and attention to detail, even making little towel dogs for my babies. The room cleaning was impeccable!

We had a great time as a family, and the service was great too. Gabriel spoke better English than I do, kkkkk, give him a promotion! Thanks for helping us at the front, Carol!
