I went to Hotel Estância for São Lourenço Bike Fest and had a great stay. The location made things easy: I parked my motorcycle securely in the hotel’s own lot and walked to the event each day. Bárbara gave me a warm welcome at check-in and was attentive and professional. Andréia was also especially kind when I had friends over for breakfast. The room was spotless, everything worked, and the service was very good for an affordable price. Cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness sum it up for me. I’d strongly recommend it and will definitely return for future editions of the event. Congratulations to the whole team!

The place was clean, and breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything. Our room was simple and quite modest, but it met our needs. I think the team’s work over time can only make the place better 🥰

The best part was the staff, they were incredibly attentive. The price was good for what we got, and there was breakfast, enclosed parking, and WiFi. Our room’s balcony faced the avenue. The location is central, just three blocks from the pedestrian street, so we could walk out for a relaxed beer.

The floor in our room had been raised with boards, leaving an uneven level that creaked as we walked. The TV also didn’t work very well because it used a digital antenna. Still, this is an amazing city with plenty to do besides watching TV in the room. It’s a simple hotel, but the staff were very polite and helpful, and breakfast was really good. The location is a real advantage: we could walk to the park and other places. It’s worth staying there, and we’ll definitely be back!

I was there for work and will be back several times. Good location, good price, a very good breakfast, and great service. I recommend it.
