Really top notch!

The pool is heated, the place is lovely, and for the price it feels well worth it. Breakfast was wonderful, and the women in the kitchen and housekeeping were absolute sweethearts. I do think the rooms could use a large mirror, especially for women getting ready, and if afternoon coffee is offered to guests, it should be kept up as a regular routine. Brazilians love an afternoon coffee, and guests may expect it after being told about it at check-in. My reason for not giving five stars is the reception. A welcoming, courteous person who helps guests can make them want to come back. I understand people have off days, but patience and respect matter when you're working with people. I also noticed from the comments here that when the inn responds to a guest who had a problem, it would help to offer ways to improve things and apologize, even if the inn wasn't at fault. People remember how they were treated, as well as the place itself. I mean this as constructive feedback, so the place can keep improving.

The kids' area was a huge hit with our one-and-a-half-year-old, who had plenty of room to play. The pool is heated and stays open until 10 pm, and guests can bring snacks, beer, or soda. Our room's minibar was big enough for everything we brought, and having a microwave available made warming our son's bottles so much easier. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean and had air conditioning, and the price felt very fair. We stayed for three days and couldn't find anything to complain about. It's easy to get to the parks and city center. My husband, our little boy, and I were delighted with the pousada and would absolutely return. Congratulations, and keep it up while continuing to improve. It's already a 10 out of 10 for us.

The breakfast was great, and there's a large pool in a beautiful setting. Everything was clean and well organized. Sr. Ricardo was attentive and helpful, answering our questions from the very start. We'll definitely come back!
