Acqua Deli had excellent service, but the pools could've been cleaner, and so could the rooms. The food was average, very fatty, and there wasn't much variety, especially for vegetarians.

The sauna and hot tubs weren't hot at all, which is odd for a place on top of hot springs you can enjoy at the water park. Meals were expensive too, so it's best to add the three-meal package when booking. Paying there costs a fortune, and if you do get the package, eat early: the buffet gets mobbed, with people grabbing everything they can. On the plus side, the hotel has a dedicated entrance to the water park with no line, and you can buy tickets in the lobby.

The location was the one good thing. I went in July, and the hotel seemed understaffed for that time of year. There weren't any pool towels on the first day, and the elevators were usually packed, so finding one took over five minutes. Two rooms had dirty marks on the walls, and another had a bathroom leak. The entertainment and gym areas felt too small for the number of guests. I wouldn't stay at a Whyndram hotel again.

The pool was like a horror film for me, with a host trying to hype everyone up and speakers blasting silly pool games or Baby Shark nonstop until evening. There wasn't a single place to escape that loud, cheesy scene. I know plenty of people enjoy it, but it wasn't for me. The room was dirty, and the sheets looked brown, like they hadn't been cleaned after the thousands of families before us. Food was tasteless, served buffet-style, with dirty tables, uncleared plates, and sticky utensils. Even the hospital-like decor and rooms painted to look like a mental facility added to the disappointment.
