We ended up cancelling the rest of our stay, and the refund still never came, even though they said it would. They'd also taken away breakfast, which had been one of the hotel's good points. We were planning to stay for two weeks, but they don't have family rooms and charged extra for our daughter to share our room with two twin beds. When we asked for another pillow, we were told there weren't any available.

The gym was a letdown: every cardio machine had a problem. One treadmill was broken, another kept jamming, the elliptical screen didn't work properly, and an old elliptical squeaked loudly while in use. That year fell far short of what we expected. There were also problems with basic room service. We asked in the morning for the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't scheduled. When we got back that evening, there were no clean towels or toilet paper. We called reception, and nobody came; after a second call, they brought towels but still no toilet paper. The sheets and towels were stained or torn, and not clean enough. We stayed at Ramada Hotel when we were in Osasco two years ago, and unfortunately it was one of our worst experiences.

They gave someone else a key to my room, and I had to make that person leave. I was at least in the room when it happened. If I hadn't been there, they could have taken all my stuff. The security was a joke.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to the city center.
