The service was awful, and the staff were terrible. They welcomed us well only until we paid. After that, no one was ever around to help, they stopped answering the phone and our messages, and they didn't provide an invoice for the stay. Stay away from this hotel.

8/10
The property has a pool, sauna, library, children's playground, and a games area. The landscaping is varied and thoughtfully done, and every detail of the inn is interesting. Breakfast was good, with fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, bread, cheese bread, and cake. They make eggs to order. On my trip from Ouro Preto to Santos Dumont, this was the only hotel with guava paste! I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility problems, since the grounds aren't flat.
