Tatiana and our housekeeper went above and beyond to handle a special request. They solved the problem and saved the day, and we're extremely pleased with their resourcefulness. The service, facilities, and accommodation were all great. We'll stay here again.

The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to help, which made the stay really enjoyable. Such a wonderful experience and amazing customer service. I'd definitely recommend it. Obrigado!

The reception, dining area, bar, and garden are all very attractive. The rooms, however, are outdated, rather small, and not very pleasing.

The pool was a lovely surprise, and at some times of day I had it all to myself. With yellow birds and flowers everywhere, it felt almost like paradise. Room choice makes a big difference here: I turned down a budget room in the modern section because it barely had a window, while the presidential suites in the old house were beautiful and, even at about twice the price, felt well worth it. Breakfast leaned more toward quantity than quality, in my view. Service was as good as you’d expect from a professionally run hotel, though there was no owner around.

We ate very well here, both at dinner and breakfast, and the hotel itself is lovely. Our Rosario suite had a wonderful view of the church, but the traffic was noisy. Next time I’d choose a room away from the street and take in the church view from the lobby instead.
