The accommodation meets the basic structural needs for what it offers, including for families. But the AC ducts and vents need better cleaning, and the hygiene of the sheets and blankets is questionable. I’ve stayed several times in both high and low season, and had the same problems each time.

The neighborhood is very well planned and feels very safe, and the accommodation is thoughtfully laid out too. The kitchen is equipped, the bed is comfortable, and everything was spotless. There’s no reception, though, so everything is handled through the app.

NEVER AGAIN!!! For a long stay, go to a hotel where they clean every day, change the linens without charging extra, and include breakfast. Some hotels even offer free parking for the same price or less than this “new kind of stay.” Here’s why. The room was extremely dirty, with dusty shelves, a dirty floor and bathroom, and leaks. Worst of all, it was infested with cockroaches. See the photos and video. I asked to change rooms, and the chat support showed me another one. It was just as dirty. My stay was 14 days, and I couldn’t imagine keeping my clothes and belongings in a place like that. I sent the chat a photo of the dust in the other room. They offered to clean my current room again, and I accepted because it was nearly 1 a.m., we were exhausted from the trip, and just wanted to rest. I specifically asked them to clean the closet shelves and drawers and the kitchen drawers, where there was a dead cockroach. I also asked them to use insect spray so the roaches wouldn’t keep wandering around the room. The next morning I packed all my things back into my suitcases to make cleaning easier. When I returned at the end of the day, the room was just as dirty. 🤡 All they’d done was make the bed, fold the towels, and remove the dead cockroach. The chat replies quickly, but nobody checks whether the work was done properly. I didn’t want stress to ruin my vacation on the first day, so I bought cleaning spray and bug spray myself and cleaned everything. I have photos of the “cleaning” they did after I’d swept the apartment. Unbelievable. There are already several reports here from two years ago about bathroom leaks, and nothing has been fixed. The air conditioner was noisy too. Total disregard. Another problem is that you’re dependent on your phone. If you lose it, run out of battery, or leave it in the room and then have trouble getting into the building or your room, you’re stuck outside. Parking costs extra, is very expensive, and is poor. There’s no help if you have trouble getting in or out. During my 14-day stay they didn’t offer a single linen change or toilet paper. Everything costs extra and you have to pay for it. My room was for two people but had only one chair and enough kitchen dishes for one. PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but they close early. The supermarket is also pricey, R$50 for a pack of four toilet paper rolls, and closes early too. Plan ahead. I have to agree with another review I saw: this new model of stay seems to benefit the business by cutting costs, while everything falls on you. And please, CHANGE THE CLEANING COMPANY URGENTLY. THE SERVICE IS AWFUL! NEVER AGAIN!!!
