Firenze Business Hotel

The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was so dark that I had to shower in the dark. I also really wanted to watch the World Cup on TV, but the television was another problem, it was very small. It just wasn’t a good experience. The restaurant was bad too, both breakfast and dinner were terrible.

We arrived in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35-day vacation and found the accommodations we’d booked were so bad there was no way we could stay even one night. We were lucky to call Firenze Business Hotel and speak with Pedro. The hotel was just a short walk away, and after hauling our luggage over, we were welcomed warmly. Pedro went above and beyond to get us settled. The next morning we met Natasha, who worked out all the details so we could stay for our whole trip. She was there every morning with a smile and helped us with everything we needed. The dedication of the whole staff saved our vacation from becoming a disaster. Thank you to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and everyone at Firenze Business Hotel. Whether you need a room for one night or a longer stay, this is a great place with a wonderful staff.

I had a very good stay. The elevator was a hassle every time, though, because the reader almost never picked up my card, so I had to get the electronic card changed. One suggestion: it would be nice if breakfast ran until 11:00 instead of 10:00.

We booked for two adults and a child, but the room only had two pillows and one blanket. Other hotels we’ve stayed at have provided at least four pillows and two blankets. The blanket smelled strange, so I used a bed cover instead, and I had a hard time sleeping. Three people sharing two pillows and one blanket was not comfortable.
