The resort has thermal waters and pools, and my room was a good size with a private jacuzzi/hidro. The staff and service were excellent, and the price was good. The food was ordinary, though there was a special lunch on Thursdays. The old structure has a luxury feel with a 1990 vibe. Since the resort is isolated, I think a place like this should offer everything at a high quality so guests don't need or want to leave. I found myself wanting to go out almost every day 🤷🏻♂️

This review is about the pet friendly room, and unfortunately, everyone who stays in these rooms agrees with me. It was horrible, strongly smelled of mold, and was poorly maintained. So unhealthy! You pay 100 reais for bringing a small pet, but get nothing for that except the resort's worst room, which is badly managed. Meanwhile, if you bring two children under 12, they stay for free, eat for free, and get free entertainment. When a dog barks in reaction to kids screaming, nobody bothers the kids, but they complain about the dog's barking. The resort needs to change this policy.

I just stayed here, and it's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. They really have everything you need. Room 406 was the best room, and I'll definitely be coming back.

A beautiful place surrounded by lots of nature, with lovely walking areas and plenty of other activities. The staff were helpful and attentive. Great for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable stay.

Surrounded by nature, this beautiful place has lots of thermal mineral water pools. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet style, and all were very good. A perfect spot for relaxing!
