Serranos Park Hotel

The pool area was very clean, though it'd be nice to have music and an open bar for refreshments. Breakfast was good too. The woman looking after breakfast on my first two mornings was excellent, but the person covering on the last day had a very unhappy, unfriendly attitude. My room had an okay view, and the restaurant food wasn't bad. I only found out on my last evening that the hotel served dinner, after spending three nights there, so the front desk should give guests that information at check-in. Bruno on the night shift was very helpful and proactive. He didn't know the language, but quickly used a translation app on his phone so we could communicate. The housekeeping lady cleaned very well. As for the room, I was in 305: the phone didn't work, the back glass door had no key to lock it, and the little porch was always wet because the air conditioner hose kept dripping there. The wooden safety bars also seemed way too low, which was scary. The room itself was just okay. Would I recommend the place or stay here again? Sure. I hope they take care of those few things I noticed.
