There are hammocks and tables around the property, so guests can relax inside or out. The grounds have lots of tropical plants, green grass, and friendly animals. The owners are warm and welcoming, much like the town of Sao Miguel do Gostoso, and the owner is a fantastic cook. I stayed for four nights and five days. The property and living areas were clean and well maintained. My room had a large bed, cold AC, a hot shower, a refrigerator, and clean linens. Highly recommended.

The place is peaceful and really beautiful. The management wasn't so good, though. The rooms weren't cleaned regularly as promised, and there was animal poop all over the place. The inn also feels like an extension of the owners' home, which made the atmosphere feel unbalanced.

The views here are lovely, both inside and out, and the setting really stands out. I think this inn has everything it needs to be one of the best I've seen. It's such a good place that, if I could, I'd be here every day, but I can't.

It felt like being at home, with simple, really cozy accommodations. The host couple are so kind, and Mineiro makes a delicious farofa. The price is great for the area, too. We'd really like to come back another time.

The bathroom and AC were good, but the bed was very hard, a combined box bed. They keep chickens, cats, geese, and dogs all over the property, and chickens had pooped by the chalet entrance. It was an okay inn, but I wouldn't come back.
