Chalé Pedra Negra

The place is beautiful, but I wouldn't stay with someone I feel acted without integrity. I had to change my trip and asked Fagner to move the reservation more than 15 days ahead. He refused, saying he could sort it out with me if someone else booked those dates. After a new guest did book, he changed his story and wouldn't return half the nightly rate he'd charged me, so he collected money from both of us. He then encouraged me to leave the reservation active, which would have cost me the full amount instead of just the half I lost. In the end, he said he wouldn't reply anymore and told me to take it up with Airbnb if I wasn't happy. I've already filed a complaint there. I've posted screenshots of our conversation, with his messages in white and mine in black. After my review, Fagner claimed in his reply that he'd offered to reschedule, which isn't true. The screenshot marked in red shows that I asked and he refused. Read both and decide for yourself whether that was honest. Stay away.

The private jacuzzi and balcony make it easy to unwind outdoors, and there's a barbecue deck, full kitchen, ecological fireplace, and queen bed in the roughly 36-square-meter chalet. Chalé Pedra Negra sits on a rock in Paraisópolis (MG), in the Serra da Mantiqueira, with sweeping mountain views and a setting that feels made for couples wanting to be close to nature. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from there, with a landscape guests describe as peaceful and almost like a living work of art. Inside, guests praise the spotless organization, clean feel, and welcoming scent, and have called their stays absolutely phenomenal. There's also an outdoor fire pit, free parking, robes, blankets, and basic ingredients for making coffee or a meal, with privacy and comfort clearly in mind.

The robes and really nice bed linen were a lovely touch. It's a great, comfortable chalet with everything needed for a few days, and every moment of rest felt worth it.

Juliana and Fagner took great care of us, and the whole experience was excellent. I hope I can come back again, and I'd recommend it to everyone.
