Bus Stop Paraty

We loved being tucked into the jungle, with those gorgeous views. In the morning it was hard to leave and do anything but sit and take it all in. Clive was a great host and helped us whenever we needed. When I mentioned I’m vegan, he even brought me vegan breakfasts. The decor was so thoughtfully done, and we had such a fun stay 😍. Best location in Brazil!

Lena and Clive were wonderful hosts, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. The charming chalets were quiet and beautifully set high on the slopes of the "Morro", with a pristine feel to the setting. We found them very reasonably priced, too. We had an amazing three days at Bus Stop Paraty, a real surprise, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sensational place to stay around Paraty. The rooms and main house have a lovely, homey decor, and Lena was welcoming and helpful. The bay view is spectacular, and the location is excellent. I'd highly recommend this pousada. Just take care in the rain: the road up is steep, and some less powerful cars might struggle.

The setting and view were breathtaking, and the hospitality made our stay feel special. Lena is an amazing host and personality. Everything was clean and cozy, a wonderful place to unwind and get away. One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. We'll definitely return.
