It was unhygienic and really bad. The room was tiny and had no light. The photos don't match what it's like in real life. Our sheets and towels were dirty when we arrived, there was mold almost everywhere, and ants were infesting the place. There was hardly any food, and what little there was wasn't very good.

We booked an apartment through Booking before arriving in Jeri, planning to stay five days. My first advice is to book just the first 2-3 days, not the whole stay, since you don't know what you'll get. The listing showed a well-equipped apartment, but we weren't allowed to use any of it. Cooking wasn't allowed, and we weren't even allowed to bring food inside. None of the electronic devices could connect to electricity. We couldn't bring guests either. There was a long list of restrictions, which might be understandable if they had told us about it in advance. We weren't planning to party, but cooking and having friends over are basic things you'd expect to be able to do in an apartment. Why show a kitchen we can't use? It felt like lying to customers, and they didn't provide lunch or dinner, so we were forced to eat out. The staff wouldn't clean the room unless we left the apartment before 11, and the WiFi was bad. Think carefully before booking, and have fun.

Their unclear payment instructions meant I had to make two wire transfers to confirm the reservation. That was their mistake, and now, after more than a month of waiting and chasing them, I'm still owed a lot of money from one of those transfers. Their management is terrible, and they've stopped answering me. I feel like they scammed me.

This is a complete scam! To confirm the reservation, we had no choice but to pay twice the price. We should have gotten the money back more than a month ago, but they still aren't responding to our messages.
