Dagmar was the only one who really paid attention and offered tips. The owners live behind the pousada. The woman seemed to try to be friendly, while her husband only warmed up on our last day. It's simple and clean, and breakfast is basic but does the job. There's nobody at reception most of the time, and there isn't a parking lot, just spaces out front. The location was awful for us, far from everything, with very dark roads into town. Uber wouldn't accept a ride at all.

We were there for Carnaval and loved how peaceful it was, away from the crowds. Aline treated us so kindly and even upgraded us to a sea-view room. The owners live on site and are very attentive, and Dagmar is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with lovely smelling sheets, and breakfast was delicious. Really recommend it.

It was a peaceful place to unwind, and you can take a boat from right there to different spots in Paraty. There's also a lovely little beach a very short walk along a trail. We stayed during Carnaval and had a great time. Sr Sinésio welcomed us warmly and showed us to a spacious, clean, well-kept room. The air conditioning was new and worked well. Breakfast was nicely prepared, even if simple. I'd definitely come back.

The spot is incredible, right across from the sea, and the rooms are great. They accept pets too. Breakfast tasted good but was quite simple. My family was the only one staying there, so maybe that was why. There's a beautiful beach 300m away, and a quick boat ride takes you to an island just across from it.
