We stayed just one night with the family because we needed a rest on the way from Guarujá SP. I live in Nova Iguaçu RJ 🩷. The lady who welcomed us was really kind and attentive, and the room was tidy and clean. We had the family room, with a bunk bed and another single bed, while the double bed was in a separate room. It worked out great. Sadly, it was raining, or we would have stayed another day. I’d like to come back with my family and stay longer. Thank you 🩷

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was awful, and the cake tasted like soap. The power went out upstairs where we were, and we spent the whole day without electricity. There were dead flies on the sheets too. Seriously, it was the worst experience I’ve had. I’ll never come back with my friends!

It’s a simple, family-oriented place, very close to the beach. The breakfast is great, and Luciene is very good at looking after guests. The rooms are cleaned every day, and they change the towels daily.

We had a really good stay at Pousada Tropicalia, and I have nothing but praise for the accommodation and service. Our check-in was due at 22:30 in Paraty, but traffic in SP delayed us until 0:16. To our surprise, Sergio was still waiting to help with our bags and show us the room, and even left insect repellent for us to use. Luciene made breakfast each morning, including eggs scrambled fresh to order that my son loved. The air conditioning worked, the shower was lovely, and the smart TV, mattresses, and pillows were all comfortable. Everything was very clean, with fresh towels each day and the beds made. It had a very family-friendly feel, and the location was great, with easy access to the historic center and the pier.

It’s somewhere I can enjoy the city and still relax, with a lovely breakfast and a nice pool. I’ve had great stays here every time, so it’s my go-to destination. I marked that I came with family because it’s peaceful for that, but I’ve also stayed as a couple, with friends, and on my own for a while.
