The price felt high for the quality, and I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was disappointing, with very few choices and mosquitoes around. The room cleaning was awful: there was urine in the toilet when we arrived, the bathroom and sheets were dirty, and we found a cockroach and lots of mosquitoes in the room. The mattress and room smelled bad too. The Wi-Fi often didn't work in the room, and it wouldn't reach the bathroom, which was inside the room. Everything felt disorganized and poorly cared for. The breakfast shown on Instagram wasn't even close to what was there in person. They need more staff to help clean and urgent maintenance throughout the property. If cleanliness matters to you, I don't recommend staying here.

We stayed from 17 to 21/04, and the whole place was peaceful and cozy, with a beautiful river running behind it. It's a good choice if you want to be away from the busy center and closer to nature. The breakfast had plenty of variety, including fresh juices, and they also served exceptional evening snacks. Our room had a private heated pool. The service was excellent, especially from Antônio, who was always attentive and respectful. Thanks to everyone at News Hospedagem!

The breakfast was decent, but just decent, and there was an insect among the bread. The person in charge of breakfast was the only good part of our experience; I think he's the owner. The Instagram photos are misleading, and the price is far more than the stay was worth. Our room smelled musty, with trash under the bed and in the bathroom bin. The headboard on the double bed was broken, as was one leg on a single bed. The single mattresses felt like thin mats, and one of the double bed pillows was black, as if it were old and heavily used. The welcome was poor from the start. I had asked for the beds to be rearranged, and the receptionist said it was done, but the room wasn't set up that way. When I asked if they could change it, he said no. He didn't explain the Wi-Fi properly either. When I asked about it, he answered in a dismissive tone, “Can't you read here?” He also didn't show us around the facilities.

We found insects inside, including millipedes and cockroaches, along with visible mold in the rooms. Debris was scattered around the property, and a strong sewer smell from the bathroom drain made the place unbearable. The poor condition showed a serious lack of basic cleaning and maintenance. When we complained, the person in charge showed no concern for the guests. I can't recommend this place. It lacks care, respect, and even the basic setup needed to host people.
