We had a problem and the employees were right there to help. They were polite and helpful throughout, and the beds were soft and comfortable. It's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a vacation. I highly recommend it.

The room was comfortable, but much too dark. I also had a bad experience at breakfast. Having to book a time for breakfast at the hotel felt inconvenient. We reserved a slot, but when we arrived the kitchen employee said our name had been passed along to her. Instead of trying to sort it out, she said she couldn't do anything and that it wasn't her mistake. She was so rude that my daughter became afraid to ask her to make a tapioca. I go to Paraty often, but I won't stay here next time.
