This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The photos are a fair reflection of the inn, and most of the staff do a decent job, though they’re often in a bad mood. The bed and pillows were awful, and the air conditioning was very noisy. Service was the biggest problem: guests have to leave the key at reception when going out, but there’s often nobody there. The night receptionist was unwilling to help and couldn’t answer questions about the city.
