Pousada Village Theo

I booked well in advance, but when I arrived they put me in a tiny room by the road. Other guests made noise right outside the door. There were rooms with an open balcony, but they wouldn't move me. The welcome wasn't pleasant either. I said good morning and got no reply. Breakfast started at 8, but by 9 there was food missing, and when we asked for more, they said there was none to replace it and they were waiting for a delivery. That's absurd when we've paid for the stay. The least you expect is decent service and a pleasant visit. The staff need to be more welcoming.

Awful! What should have been a pleasant trip turned into a nightmare. I booked the inn and a boat trip months ahead, and paid for the trip in advance, but when we arrived the owner, Fábio, had forgotten about us. My 10-year-old daughter was heartbroken and crying because she'd been looking forward to it for months. On top of that, it was incredibly hard to reach the owner by phone or message, and nobody at the inn could give us any information. The most irresponsible place I've ever visited.

Terrible inn. The rooms were moldy, the staff were rude, and the owner wasn't friendly. There were no air conditioner remotes, and some of the old units were noisy. The beds had a dip in the middle, and cleaning was every other day. Sheets were torn and stained. Breakfast was awful, and they don't seem to have control of the inn. The internet was terrible too.

I don't recommend this inn. The rooms are small and moldy, and the air conditioning has no remote. They only clean and change the towels every other day, and breakfast items aren't replenished. The website photos don't match reality. The person in charge refused to refund me, and the service was terrible.
