The worst part was being ignored after I reported the problems. Staff said they’d take care of it, but nothing happened. There weren’t enough towels for the couple’s room, and there were no blankets. The shower water was cold and very dirty, and they served spoiled pineapple juice at breakfast. My stay was a string of failures, with poor hygiene and no respect for the customer. I don’t recommend it.

The apartments were always tidy, clean, and smelled fresh. You can tell the staff put care into their work. Breakfast was also excellent, with lots of choice, everything fresh and nicely presented. I really enjoyed my stay, and I’ll come back and recommend it. 👏

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, and the team’s service was impeccable. I’d stayed here some time ago and honestly hadn’t had the best experience then, so I was surprised by how different it was this time. The room was very clean and well kept, everything worked properly, and it was really comfortable. The coordination has clearly improved a lot. Wonderful team, congratulations on the great work. 👏👏👏

Breakfast was excellent, fresh, and well prepared, and the staff were really attentive. I had a small problem in my room, so I told reception. They said they’d pass it on to the coordinator, and I expected a wait, but it was fixed within minutes. This is one of the fastest hotels I’ve seen at sorting out a problem. Great service, well done! 👏👏👏

The central location made it easy to get around Parauapebas. For a work trip, it was a great fit, with comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, a full breakfast, and a very attentive team. Highly recommended for business.
