The hotel is spotless, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are welcoming and very polite, and the price is excellent. I’d recommend it to everyone!

The room itself was good, but if you’re used to sleeping with air conditioning, you may have a hard time here. Maybe it was just the room I had, but its AC seemed to warm the room instead of cooling it.

At Hotel MAPER Park Carajás, I’d give the receptionist JULIANA a 1,000. EDUARDA is such a friendly, cheerful young woman, and she treats people with respect and good humor. That alone puts you in a good mood. We stayed at the hotel for eight days, and she was always smiling and happy. Juliana deserves to be valued for her work. Congratulations, Juliana, Brazil needs more people like you.

The hotel was calm and peaceful. The staff in general are welcoming, but I especially want to mention receptionist Juliana. She’s a lovely person, polite to every guest without distinction, and I think she’ll go far.
