Good value, with nice staff and breakfast. The rooms aren't very accessible for guests with disabilities: the beds are low and there are no grab bars. For the revoada dos guarás, the roosting of Scarlett Ibis birds on a small delta island, you can take a tour or rent a motorboat. It was wonderful. Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, with its sand dunes, is a fantastic four-hour drive away. VolPass has a flight from Fortaleza to Parnaiba.

I really like the hotel and its service, and I'd recommend it to friends. My only complaint is the holiday rule for RDC Viagens members: you have to pay for the whole long weekend. I had to pay for four days but could only stay three because my flight was in another city. Still, the hotel itself is great.

It's clean and comfortable, but too far from the city center. To go out to eat, you'd need to call a cab, or eat at the hotel. The food there isn't very good and is expensive.

I stopped by for ten minutes to look at the hotel in case my sister wants to book a room. It seemed simple, but clean, and had everything it might need.

The garden is nice, and the little rooms are decent for this area. It's handy if you're visiting the University. The place could be better, though, and service and facilities have fallen short since they stopped serving meals in the restaurant.
