The bar is the one bright spot, with a fantastic chef. Everything else was awful. The woman greeting guests is incredibly rude, and the so-called family room is smaller than my bedroom at home, with one bed literally stacked on top of the other. The bed wobbles on its casters, and one of my kids got hurt. It's also really far from the center, so you absolutely have to drive.

The location is very convenient, right by the BR exit, which makes getting around easy if you're passing through or traveling for work. My room was spotless and well organized, and the bed was very comfortable after a trip. The staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive and helpful. For a very accessible price, you get a lot of quality, so I’d certainly recommend Hotel Mata Nativa for a practical, comfortable stay.
