There isn't a reception desk. Hoteis.com canceled my booking the day before, but I was able to sort it out directly with the person in charge over WhatsApp. I didn't meet anyone in person; everything was handled on my phone.

I had a reservation for September 11, but when I arrived at 6 p.m. nobody opened the door. I kept calling for over half an hour and got no response from anyone. In a serious hotel, someone would be there to receive guests at that hour, but there was nobody here. Now they won't take responsibility for failing to honor the booking or return my money. This place can't be trusted and leaves guests stranded without a refund. Don't book here. A terrible experience, I don't recommend Pel Apart Hotel.

I paid less than 150 reais for the booking through Booking.com. The apartment looked like the photos. It's very simple, but everything was clean and in good order. Great value if you just need to spend the night before crossing the border into Uruguay.

I booked one night at Pel Apart Hotel through Booking.com on 09/11. Less than an hour before I was due to arrive, the owner said he could no longer host me. He gave a story about someone being sick, but after reading other reviews, I'm not sure it was true. He kept stalling and didn't refund me. I had to contact Booking.com through Procon to get my booking money back. Since it looks like this hasn't happened to me alone, I suggest staying elsewhere.

Whenever I'm in Pelotas, I stay at Pel Apart Hotel. It's great value and right in the city center. They welcomed me warmly, and having a well-equipped kitchen is a big plus that keeps bringing me back. I highly recommend it ❤️❤️
