You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen, which has the basic appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind and polite, and there are hammocks where you can lie back and listen to the birds and feel surrounded by nature. It’s a pleasant place and very good value. It’s a little outside the city center, but by car you can get there or to some beaches quickly. It’s also just behind Beto Carreiro if that’s on your itinerary. I really enjoyed it and would happily return.

Being so close to the park and everything else we needed made our Beto Carrero trip easy, and the Aymuray Hostel still felt like home. It’s peaceful, cozy, and has such good energy. The host made us feel welcome right away. It’s a quiet place, close to the main spots around Penha, and I had a great stay. If you’re in the area, you won’t regret staying at the hostel.

Everything is really close by, from Beto carreiro to the beach and restaurants, so it’s a very practical place to stay. We loved it and had a great experience. Definitely worth it.
