I’m leaving this rating because of the owner’s aggressive comments. The double mattress was extremely soft, so it didn’t give us proper rest or a good night’s sleep, especially after spending the day at Beto Carreiro World. The barbecue setup was unsuitable too, as the photos show, with smoke coming inside the house. As for the claim that we didn’t respect checkout, people can judge for themselves. I had swept the whole house, opened the exit gate five minutes before checkout, and was still loading the car. The woman came into the house with buckets and went into the bedroom without asking permission. About five minutes later, a rude man told us to leave. I had already left the condominium grounds less than 15 minutes after checkout. They wouldn’t give us even ten minutes of leeway, despite us being with two young children, ages 3 and 7, and an 88-year-old woman with limited mobility. That was a real lack of empathy. A thank you, safe travels, or come back soon wouldn’t have changed anything for us. Some empathy would have. And they say we were treated well. Leaving a review is my right. My main consideration was comfort for the price, R$ 270,00 per night, which was well above the area average. I expected better and was disappointed. That’s life. I was trying to help by sweeping and sorting the recycling. If the owner cared about why I rated it this way, she could have asked for feedback, and I might even have reconsidered. Instead she judged, accused, and insulted us here and on WhatsApp. Just a heads-up, at most this is a one-star place.
