Fantastic!

My last stay here was better than this one.

The accommodation itself was good, but the place smelled musty. The bedding and bath linens they provided seemed unclean, especially the white towels, which had lots of dingy-looking stains. I have to admit, they made me feel disgusted.

I’m really upset that the flooding and landslides made it impossible for me to travel from the South, even though I wanted to go. I had first booked the inn through Booking, but after changing dates, they asked me to cancel there and handle the booking privately. When heavy rains hit Santa Catarina and parts of the BR were blocked, I asked to move my dates. They refused, saying it was company policy and that they didn’t mind losing a customer. They cancelled the reservation and said they’d refund part of the money only if they rented out my dates. I have no way to check whether they’ve rented them, so all I can do is wait. I wish they’d understood the situation and transferred my booking.
