Hotel Recanto dos Dinossauros

A great hotel.

The kids loved the play area and the pool, and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The rooms were amazing, too, and the staff were really helpful. A great spot for families.

The kids were thrilled by the dancing dinosaurs, and the spacious playroom has lots of toys and video games that even parents can enjoy. There’s also a heated pool and its own gym. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and emptied bins. Everyone was friendly and greeted us warmly. The location is handy, with easy access to the main avenue leading to Beto Carrero and close to the main beaches. There’s a kitchen area with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and cups available to borrow, which made it much easier to bring groceries and spend less on meals out. Parking is on site with no extra charge, and everything is included. They even sing happy birthday on your birthday. Hotel Recanto dos Dinossauros is clean and incredibly complete. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at, with no shortcomings that I noticed. It isn’t cheap, but it was worth every cent, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The recreation program was the highlight for us. We joined in every evening because it was so worthwhile, and our son had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious with a good range of choices, and the housekeeper’s care and attention to detail were impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well organized. We had a great stay, the hotel exceeded what we expected, and we’d definitely come back.
