I recommend the service. The quality is excellent, and they're always ready to help and give guidance. There was a good variety at breakfast ☕️. They also recently started offering tickets for Parque Beto Carrero.

The rooms weren't ready for guests. There was mold on the ceiling and bathroom door, and the towels were torn. Breakfast was just okay.

When we arrived, they had given our room to another family. We were told there had been a problem with the room.
