Pousada Imperatriz

We arrived late on the day of our stay and couldn't find any sign for the place, not even a name on a board. A guy working on a motorcycle in the parking lot made us nervous. The receptionist was friendly, but didn't explain anything. We filled in the initial form and got the key. The room had a strong chemical smell. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest. There was no breakfast, and someone parked in front of our car, so we had to wake another guest to get out. Reading older comments, this doesn't seem like the same place. It wasn't worth it for us. There are better options nearby at a similar price.

If you're after a simple but cozy inn, this could be a good option. One thing to know is that it's not as close to the beach as the photos make it look. We were disappointed because they gave the impression that the inn had beach access, but it doesn't. It's about a 20-minute walk, and there's no breakfast. A plus for anyone going to Beto Carrero park: they provide transportation to take you there and bring you back.

The best part was how close the inn is to Beto carreiro and that they take guests to the park at 9:15 and pick them up at 19:00. The place itself is very good, and the service is great. Breakfast is simple but nice, though you have to walk to the street behind the inn to get it.

The van is comfortable, and they can pick you up in Piçarras. Booking is possible without paying anything upfront, and the price was the best. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the blankets were great quality. Breakfast was delicious, and they provide transport to the park. I loved it and highly recommend it.
