Pousada Nascer do Sol

The pousada has a good location and plenty of shared space, especially the dining area. The staff members were helpful and polite, the four-person room was a little small, and breakfast was satisfactory. I’d stay again for the value, except for what happened on our last day. I touched a pool device that collects leaves and got stuck because of the suction. My husband had to pull hard to get me free, and I suffered a muscle injury across half my back. I was still in pain ten days later. The two employees there helped with ice, but that was the only assistance from the pousada. No one was available to give first aid or take us to emergency care, and the person in charge never helped. I don’t even know who that person is. The pool continued to be used as usual that day. I’m worried someone else could go through the same thing. It was traumatic for me and my family. We asked them to mark off the area to prevent another accident, but were told it was safe. It wasn’t safe for me.

I had the chance to stay with you, and I’m still enchanted. I don’t want to leave! It’s such a peaceful place, and my son loved the kids’ area. We also felt very safe, and Beto Carrero is super close. It was easy to get the park packages through you, too. From breakfast to the kindness of the whole team, all the little things made us feel special. Santa Catarina feels even more beautiful with hospitality like this. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Every detail was impeccable, from breakfast, the pool, and the room to the information you gave us. God will do even more for you. Our checkout was at 11, but Andreia let my daughters stay there until they could go to the airport, so I could continue my trip without worrying. Thanks for the clean room, the food, and Carla’s care and attention at night. Everything was perfect.
