Liwe Hotels

We stayed with our family at LiWE Hotels Penha from Wednesday to Saturday, and the hotel was spotless, new, and very well looked after. The pleasant scent on arrival, comfortable rooms, and welcoming shared spaces all gave the impression that someone had thought through the details. It’s very close to Beto Carreiro World, and we walked there easily. Uber was also very cheap, less than R$5 reais, so we could leave our car at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. May, the bartender, really knows her drinks and gave excellent service, while Marlos in the restaurant was helpful, direct, and welcoming. Breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent, dinner was great too, and having the bar open until 23h was a real plus. The outdoor pool was well cared for and clearly popular with families. We didn’t get to use it, but could see how much the children were enjoying it. The hotel also worked well as a base for driving to nearby beaches and other attractions. One of our best stays, and we’ll come back.

Breakfast was a lovely way to start each day, with plenty of fresh, tasty options made with care. We also found the cleanliness outstanding: the rooms were well kept, the bathrooms extremely clean, the bed comfortable, and the bedding excellent. You can tell attention has gone into the details. The staff were genuinely warm, polite, and helpful, with the kind of personal welcome that made us feel at home. We had a wonderful time in the city, and the hotel was a big part of that. We loved our stay and will certainly return. Congratulations to the team for taking such good care of their guests.

The location made things so easy, right beside Beto Carrero World. We were also impressed by how modern and well maintained everything was, and the comfort was fantastic. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food deserves special mention too: the kitchen served surprising dishes with memorable flavors, worthy of fine dining. A lovely surprise that exceeded our expectations. Congratulations to the whole team. We recommend it wholeheartedly and will be back!

After an embarrassing experience at another inn I’d booked for our park visit, I went to Liwe in person. Manager Rafael helped me right away, showed real empathy toward me and my family, and found us a wonderful suite. The hotel has only recently opened, and everything feels new and designed to give guests a premium stay. The decor, cleanliness, comfort, and food were all top quality. The restaurant was fantastic, and breakfast came with a full buffet. The whole staff seemed trained and ready to look after guests well. For a visit to Penha’s attractions and Beto Carreiro, it’s an excellent choice for both its location and quality. I highly recommend it and will return. I’m grateful to the team for such a wonderful experience.
