The pool was nice, but it had some problems, and they weren’t able to turn on the waterfall or whirlpool when we asked. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and there often wasn’t anyone at reception. On Saturday, some guests played very loud music and made a lot of noise late into the night. With no one at the desk to deal with it, we couldn’t sleep until 2:45 a.m. The hotel has a good setup and location, and I hope those issues get fixed because the value and location would make me want to return. The room was small but comfortable, with a large, very clean bathroom and a wonderful shower.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and markets, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was very good, though I wish it started a little earlier. The room maintenance let the place down: the bathroom handle was broken and the door wouldn’t close. There was no notice about the outlet voltage, so I nearly burned out my hair dryer. The room also should have been cleaned every day.
