Pousada Sonho do Cowboy

I stayed with my family from 01 to 06/11. At check-in, Fabiana told us she needed the CPF details for everyone staying there. I gave her the information for everyone and said I'd bring my 5-year-old son's later. She said the owner wouldn't release the key without every document, even though he was only five. Still, that was that. During our six days, from Saturday to Thursday, housekeeping came into the room just once, on Monday. They didn't even come in to take the bathroom trash out, so I had to use a little bag and remove it myself. I asked Isabella at reception for fresh towels every night because housekeeping didn't change them during the day. There are a lot of rules at the Pousada: don't do this, don't do that. Cleaning outside the scheduled hours costs a 25-real fee, and so does staining a sheet or moving furniture. The TV only gets Globo through Globo Play, so if you like Record or Band, forget it. The breakfast table area is cramped, just one narrow passage, and pulling out a chair blocks the way. I want to praise Isabella at reception for being very friendly and helpful, Jaqueline in the kitchen for being pleasant, and the morning receptionist for being very polite.
