Pousada Villa Do Mar

The room was clean and the inn felt cozy, with a good breakfast spread. It’s also conveniently close to Beto Carrero and restaurants. I’m sure I’ll be back.

The rooms were always kept tidy, the breakfasts were delicious, and whenever we needed something, the staff were ready to help sort it out. Rafael, Jéssica, and Fabiano were all very friendly and treated my family so well during our stay at Villa sambaqui.

I’d stay there again if I return to the park, especially with a larger group. The location and the friendly receptionist were big pluses, as were the good shower, hot water, and very good breakfast. It’s about 200 meters from Beto Carrero Wold, in quiet little Penha, where the houses have low walls. For the price, it felt like reasonable value, but the place doesn’t offer many extras. I felt I’d been given the worst room, number 01 on the ground floor, where guests from the other rooms all pass by, and many people were inconsiderate. The front desk isn’t open 24 hours. Our room also seemed to be over a water well: everything was damp, including the floor, walls, mirrors, and door handle, with condensation to the point that water was seeping. Avoid that room!

The best part is how close it is to Beto Carrero. The inn and room were cozy, breakfast was delicious, and the staff always treated us well.
