The breakfast was a wonderful surprise, with plenty to choose from: cakes, bread, cold cuts, fruit, sweets, jam, juice, tea, coffee, cappuccino made fresh, baked snacks, and cuscuz with meat and chicken sauces. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The air conditioning cooled it quickly, the electric shower had hot water, and the sheets and towels were clean, fresh-smelling, and in great condition. There’s also a minibar for drinks and snacks. At Hotel Paralelo 95 (Petrolina/PE), the staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, and the owner was often there to make sure everything was in order. You can request room cleaning by leaving your key at reception. The location is excellent too, near River Shopping, the waterfront, and well-known food spots like Bodódromo. I had a great experience, highly recommend it, and will definitely return.

Everyone was so attentive, and the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. They all seemed to care about the guests. The owners are at the hotel every day, and you can tell they’re dedicated to making customers feel good. Their warmth, helpful recommendations for outings and restaurants, and the great conversation made a real difference. They even gave us a ride to a perfect Café Bistro! Thanks.

The breakfast was one of my favorite parts, with fresh fruit, natural juices, different breads, and a delicious homemade cake that reminded me of my grandma’s house. The location was handy too, close to everything but still quiet. The room was comfortable, clean, and organized, with the air conditioning and hot shower working well, a soft bed, and fresh-smelling linens. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and the staff were always happy to help with tips on outings and restaurants. I felt at home at Pousada 9S and would definitely come back. A perfect stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone after peace, comfort, and good service. Ten out of ten!

The hotel is new and good, but the breakfast could use a serious improvement. The real issue was the endless paperwork between the hotel and my travel company to finish my booking. I spent nearly an hour sitting at reception, exhausted after traveling for hours, with no empathy shown. They could easily have let me into my room and sorted out the reservation with the company afterward, but instead I was left waiting.

The room and bathroom were spotless and smelled fresh, and everything in the bathroom worked. The firm bed was comfortable, and the large mirror was a nice touch. The breakfast also stood out, with lots of delicious choices. The cleaning staff were especially polite and careful, and the owners were warm and welcoming. The whole team at Hotel Paralelo 9s in Petrolina made the stay feel special with their friendly, attentive service. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend the place without hesitation. Congratulations to everyone at Paralelo 9s!
