Summit Suítes Hotel Pindamonhangaba

The breakfast was the best I’d had in a very long time, and the room was awesome. The staff were friendly too. A pleasant stay, and kudos to the manager.

My stay at Hotel Summit in Pindamonhangaba was deeply disappointing. The two coffees I ordered were expensive and cold, and the bathroom was filthy and had an unbearable smell, like a dead rat. The handheld shower beside the toilet didn’t work, which made things worse. When I asked about the odor, I was told they don’t use air fresheners because of possible allergies. I understand the concern for guests with sensitivities, but that doesn’t justify a smell like sewage. There are ways to keep a place clean and fresh without harming anyone. I really regret choosing this hotel. Hotel Intercity, which I think is the best in the region and has an excellent breakfast, had no vacancies. Consider this a warning if you’re coming to Pindamonhangaba: avoid Hotel Summit.

I’m always well looked after when I stay here. The staff are polite and helpful, and they even provide a pet bed and bowl. It’s a great hotel for anyone traveling with a pet in Pindamonhangaba. The room is spacious and very clean, and the location is excellent, near a pharmacy, the shopping mall, and Dutra. Breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommend!
