The service here made me feel truly appreciated. I've been a Hilton member for many years and stayed at Hilton hotels in several countries, and this one is among the best I've experienced. The room, food, and swimming pool were all excellent. The hotel was luxurious, peaceful, and very well kept. Some staff spoke English extremely well, which is unusual in Brazil, and everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. I can't remember their names, but I highly recommend the place and would gladly return.

The staff went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special, and they were responsive to everything we needed. We don't speak Portuguese at all, but they set up a WhatsApp number so we could communicate. The restaurant was incredible, and the food was delicious. I couldn't resist ordering the pan perdin every day. This was easily the greatest hotel I've stayed in. My wife was in town for a week, and we booked here. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone who asks.

The hotel experience is fantastic, but my lunch at the restaurant a week ago was terrible. It used to be acceptable, with okay food and a great atmosphere, but this visit couldn't have gone worse. I can give you all the details if you contact me. Keiton's service was despicable. He didn't know the menu well, and his arrogant attitude made the whole thing worse.

We loved staying at this beautiful hotel and can't wait to come back. The service was beyond excellent, and Maria at the front desk was the best.

The restaurant and bar are both very good. It's a great hotel to stay at, and I'd definitely come back.
