Breakfast was the best part for me. There was plenty of good food, and sitting outside made it even nicer. I did miss having natural yogurt, though the rest of the selection was varied and satisfying. The pool is a pleasant extra, but it's quite small and sits on the 7th floor of the other tower. Parking is free, which is a welcome plus, even if the spaces are tight. Aside from a few small quirks, the stay gave me what I wanted and then some. There was a bit of Piracicaba charm to the place too.

The shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel in Brazil. My Brazilian wife loved it too. The room was nice, the air conditioning worked fantastically, and the staff were nice.

Our family room was spacious and clean, with blackout curtains, working air conditioning, and a little kitchen area with a fridge and microwave. The location was good, and there was plenty of free parking. What more could you ask for? The punch bag was a strange thing to have there. I hadn't brought gloves, so in the middle of the night it was just an obstacle on my way to the bathroom :)

The hotel has a modern feel and was really close to the university I needed to visit. I could've used more than three hangers, and the wardrobe needed at least a shelf or a drawer. Breakfast was okay, not a huge selection but enough to get the day started. I had dinner there once, and wasn't too keen on the gnocchi.

The staff were incredibly helpful when changes to my travel plans added several days to the trip, and the hotel was very clean and close to everything. The pool was cold in July, and the fitness centre was fine. Breakfast was good by European or American standards, though modest by Brazilian standards.
