The room smelled bad and had no ventilation, and the towels were terrible. The shower was cold, the air conditioning didn't cool the room, and the bed was awful. Breakfast was horrible too. The service was terrible, and the advertising was misleading. I paid for two nights but had to leave because I couldn't stay there. I asked for a refund for the unused night, but they refused to return my money. I don't recommend it. There are much better inns, and this one is far from the center. Such a rip-off!

For a simple inn, it's very good. The staff are attentive, and although breakfast is simple, there's plenty of it and several choices. My only complaint is that the towels are very thin and rough.

The night receptionist had no manners at all. When I complained that the shower had no water, he told me to shut up and said I was lying. A friend who came with me had a room where the air conditioning didn't work. There was no water in the bathroom, no air conditioning, and breakfast was very basic. Terrible service. I don't recommend it!

I'd stayed at this inn before and thought it was well located, with clean rooms and a simple breakfast that was fair for the price. This time, though, the administration's lack of integrity really disappointed me. I wanted a double room, but they said only a triple was available and charged me on that basis. When I got to the room, there was only a double bed. They said they'd removed the single bed to make more space, but still wanted to charge me for it, so of course I complained. Then, when they refunded the difference, they gave me R$20 less and said it was because weekend rates are higher. In short, they kept trying to get more money from me than the amount we had originally agreed on. That showed a real lack of character and means a customer won't come back and will leave disappointed. I won't stay at this inn again. I brought seven people in my group, too.
