Tio Batata and tio Alex ran fun daytime activities, and the recreation team was good. Rooms at the front have a lovely view, though during festival season you can hear a lot of street noise inside. The hotel has good facilities overall. I do wish the bathrooms had liquid soap instead of bars, and that the pool stayed open past 7 p.m., even in summer.

The food was fresh and tasty, and our whole family loved it. There’s a full playground for kids, plus pool, billiards, and foosball, as well as a spot on the fourth floor to catch some sun. Everyone at the hotel treated us so well, they were warm, polite, and attentive. I especially want to mention Alexis Herrera, the hotel entertainer. He was fantastic, kind, and thoughtful with the guests, and our son loved Tio Alex. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and well kept, with great facilities and wonderful food. The staff were helpful and attentive, and Alex's recreation activities were a lot of fun. He brings great energy. It was our first stay here, and we really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend the hotel.

It's a modern hotel with new facilities, just a short walk from the thermal park. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is the one thing going for it. Service was awful, with staff who seemed unprepared, confused, and all over the place. Meal times were always late. The room was noisy constantly, with the sound of motors and doors even when the air conditioning was on.
