Chalés Verde do Mato

There was water leaking from the ceiling of our little chalet, dripping along the PVC ceiling edges. The constant dripping left the floor and sink wet, and even soaked the bed. I told reception, and they said they'd check, but nobody came. When we followed up, they said there wasn't another room, and that was that. The team didn't arrange any maintenance or a room change, and seemed unconcerned about our stay. At the very least, a booking should come with a well-maintained room, or some care for the guest's experience. We had to drag the bed to a dry spot just to sleep, so I didn't get a proper night's rest. I hope they improve things so future guests don't go through the same experience.

The location is genuinely good, and the natural surroundings are beautiful. But I booked a suite and reported that the toilet was loose on the floor. I told reception, but there was no repair or room change. My friends had another problem in their chalet: when they flushed, water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Neither place got maintenance, and the staff in charge showed no concern.

Terrible. We traveled from Brasilia to Pirinópolis, and even though everything had been confirmed, our two rooms had been rented to someone else. We had to head home frustrated. Nobody helped us, they just told us our reservation had been canceled. Absolutely awful!

The pool surrounded by nature made this place wonderful. The chalet was impeccably clean and smelled so fresh, and the welcome was great 🥰❤️. I loved my stay, and this is my second time here.
